SurgeTick Digital, LLC (“SurgeTick,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to responsible communication practices. We do not send unsolicited commercial messages, and we fully comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and all applicable federal and state regulations governing electronic communications.
What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to all commercial communications sent by or on behalf of SurgeTick Digital, including:
- Email marketing and newsletters
- SMS and text message campaigns
- AI-powered chatbot and voice agent communications
- Automated follow-up sequences via CRM platforms
Our Commitments
- Consent-Based Communication. We only send commercial messages to individuals who have opted in or with whom we have an existing business relationship. We never purchase, rent, or harvest email lists or phone numbers.
- Clear Identification. Every message we send clearly identifies SurgeTick Digital as the sender and includes accurate contact information.
- Easy Opt-Out. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Text messages can be stopped by replying STOP at any time. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days for email and immediately for SMS.
- No Deceptive Content. We do not use misleading subject lines, false header information, or deceptive routing practices.
- AI Communications Transparency. When our AI-powered systems (chatbots, voice agents, or automated assistants) initiate or continue a conversation on behalf of SurgeTick or our clients, the automated nature of the communication is disclosed.
Third-Party Compliance
When SurgeTick manages communications on behalf of clients, we hold those campaigns to the same standards outlined in this policy. We do not send messages on behalf of clients to contacts who have not consented to receive them.
